3 Days Uganda Gorilla Safari Itinerary
Day 1: Kampala / Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Early morning after breakfast on this first day of your 3 Days Bwindi Gorilla Trekking Safari from Entebbe/Kampala, the driver guide picks you from the hotel you slept.
He will brief you about the whole trip and then transfer you to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. The nine long hour journey is an experience of its own.
Have a stop at the Uganda equator in Kayabwe for pictures and the water experiment to see how water swirls to different directions in the opposite hemispheres.
Lunch will be either at Igongo country hotel or in Mbarara town and proceed on the drive to the park, having stunning views of Kigezi highlands, Virunga ranges and lush vegetation along the highway. Arrival will be in the evening.
Day 2: Gorilla trekking and Batwa community tour
Have an early morning breakfast and head to the park headquarters for briefing from the local ranger guide on this second day of your 3 Days Bwindi Gorilla Trekking Safari from Entebbe/Kampala. Then enter the jungle to hunt for the gentle apes.
