Start a day with breakfast and make sure you carry packed lunch from the lodge, as well as other requirements like drinking water, cameras, sunglasses, sturdy shoes, rain jackets, and a pair of long trousers.
The guide will take you to the information center for briefing where you will meet with other trekkers before you start trekking at 8:00am.
Enter the mighty Bwindi forest as led by the Park rangers, who will take you to where an allocated family of gorillas can be found at that time.
The Uganda gorilla trekking activity has duration period of about 2 to 8 hours, but highly unpredictable as these gentle giants tend to roam the forest and cannot be stationed in one place as they search for food and water availability.
